Premises
In favor of car drivers - our premises are allocated near Riga circuit road, which allows to avoid traffic jams and city bustle. Free parking and self-serving car wash available 24/7.
In favor of pedestrians - closest bus stop is allocated in 2 minutes walking from main entrance of the building. For more info please follow this link.
In favor of our guests from abroad - transfer is available from the airport (12 min.), trusted partners hotel (7-15 min.), or any other place per request.

1. Does the price include VAT?
Yes!
In Latvia, we get used to show, and to see prices inclusive Value Added Tax. Could be a good news for company, or any other type of legal entity, huh?

5. Reservation
Any room can be reserved from 2 hours till 12 months in advance. Our administrator will kindly inform you about availability of requested room on precise date via e-mail or phone call.
We do not ask any reservation fee, however we reserve the right to request prepayment in some cases.
Reservation is confirmed only after written confirmation given by the SIA Marine Care Baltic representative.
2. More about hours
We would highly appreciate precise planning of the event and the punctuality of our guests.
However, we always taking into account 30 minutes before and after rented hours to help you hold the event smoothly, without rush and unnecessary worries.
6. Damages, breakages, theft
The customer is responsible for any damage, breakage or theft caused by himself or by one of his participant or guest. The customer undertakes to refund any damage to the conference center.
7. Accommodation
Please contact us if accommodation is required. We will sent to you best offer from our parters which will fully satisfy requested needs.
